<Cause>
Cause 1: The debris removal collection nozzle is actually blocked. Solution: Check the nozzle for obstructions (ie slipsheet) and remove.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 2: The sensor tube for the debris collection nozzle is connected to the wrong input on the pressure sensor.The nozzle sensor tube should always be on the 'LOW' connection of the nozzle's pressure sensor. Setra brand sensors are labeled 'LOW' and 'HIGH'. Check output device UDRC documentation for the correct Motorolla sensor port.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 3: The nozzle pressure sensor is wired incorrectly.Check the continuity of the sensor wires, looking for shorts.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 4: Incorrect Debris Removal NVS parameters are being used.Refer to the tables on page 1 in Debris Removal Firmware Guide on the Techplanet for latest nozzle related parameters. This is a common problem on TS News devices with TH2 heads, since the Firmware defaults are for the TH1 debris collection nozzle.
